HUDSY presents an evening celebrating community storytelling and the Hudson Valley’s first video streaming app.

Premiering Four HUDSY Originals:

MoveMe: Anna Librada Georges

Move Me – A HUDSY Original Series – showcases the region’s most inspiring dancers, choreographers, and performers, taking a deep dive into the soul behind the artists and allowing each to tell their own unique story and detail their creative process and where their inspiration comes from. This episode features Anna Librada Georges, passionate flamenco dancer and the Creative Director of the Hudson Valley Flamenco Festival.

All American Ruins

The HUDSY Original docu-series All-American Ruins takes us alongside host Blake Pfeil as he recounts his fantastical experiences exploring abandoned spaces in the Hudson Valley. In the pilot episode, Blake leads us through the remains of the enormous Nevele Grand Resort in Ellenville, NY. What used to be a point of pride for Ulster County is now a painful, crumbling relic – with many stories to tell. For Blake, it is also a dreamscape, an artistic playground to reflect on questions about American history, culture, folklore, community, capitalism and economics, the environment, and mental health. HUDSY invites you to turn your imagination on and enjoy the ride.

This Organic Life: Aroma Thyme Bistro

In this HUDSY Original Series, directed by Joey Carey (Executive Producer of Jiro Dreams of Sushi and Cuban Food Stories), we follow Local Roots CSA founder and food lover Wen-Jay Ying as she guides us on a fun, engaging, and heartfelt journey to learn about regenerative food production, soil health, sustainable practices, and the inherent health benefits of eating local. In this episode Wen-Jay visits Green Certified Restaurant Aroma Thyme Bistro to chat about, and cook with, the bounty of the Hudson Valley. After lunch she takes a fun farm excursion to Kelder’s Farm.

This Way Forward: Groupmuse

In partnership with Lift Economy, the HUDSY Original Series This Way Forward takes a look at innovative area businesses, initiatives, cooperatives, and projects that focus on different ways to grow the region’s economy in terms of viability, sustainability, and climate-friendliness. Reclaiming the arts – chamber music cooperative Groupmuse is highlighted in the pilot episode.
